Live-in Caregiver, part-time

I am seeking a reliable and patient individual to support my mother as she ages. My elderly mother is 83 years old and has balance issues that limit her mobility. Although she can walk, she is prone to falling and needs assistance when leaving the house. She lives in a duplex with a large backyard on a quiet, leafy street in Ahuntsic. She is on the ground floor, and her tenant upstairs is leaving by September 1. I am looking for a caregiver who would live in the unit upstairs (a 4 1/2) and offer regular assistance. This time commitment would be maximum 10 hours a week for now, and possibly more as my mother ages:

1. Driving and accompanying my mother for errands in the neighbourhood
2. Driving her to my house in Mile End for dinner 3 days a week and picking her up to bring her home afterwards
3. Driving and accompanying my mother to medical appointments (rarely)
4. Taking garbage/recycling to curb
5. Shoveling balconies and walkways in winter
6. Light yard work
7. Light house maintenance (changing light bulbs, etc.)
8. Daily check-in

The only regular task that must be done on a specific day is bringing her to my house for Sunday dinner. Every other task can be done at a time that is convenient for the caregiver and my mother. It is important for the candidate to have their own car to transport my mother. The candidate must also be strong enough to pick up my mother from the floor if she falls (she weighs 130 lbs). English or French speaking is fine. I am also hoping to find a long-term solution as my mother prefers stability and constancy.
