Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on blowers and pumps.
- Follow detailed inspection reports to assess and rectify equipment issues.
- Assist in the dynamic balancing and testing of PD blowers.
- Contribute to the upkeep of the service and repair facility.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed to meet or exceed specifications.
- Collaborate with certified trades technicians in various maintenance projects.
- Prep for sand blast.
- Check for straightness tape up lobes and get parts ready for sandblast.
- Clean blower parts.
- Prep & Paint blower.
- Put manifold and feet on, Serial plate, prep on pallet and ship.
Qualifications
- Experience in a laborer role, preferably in an industrial or mechanical setting.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving operations.
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment, specifically blowers and pump (strong asset)
- Ability to interpret inspection reports and follow maintenance protocols.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Capable of adhering to safety standards and company policies.
