Senior RPA Developer - Full-Time Role

Lead automation projects as a Senior RPA Developer in a permanent full-time capacity. Your experience will be key in designing solutions that fulfill diverse business needs. We seek a senior-level RPA Developer with comprehensive experience in automation, including a solid understanding of UiPath. This role entails collaborating closely with team members and business users throughout the SDLC. Your ability to write efficient code and create robust algorithms will enhance the effectiveness of our automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of automation solutions from inception to delivery
- Write and optimize scalable code for various applications
- Design effective process flows and algorithms for automation
- Document technical details and gather requirements closely
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers
- Minimum of 5 years of RPA experience required
- Proficient with UiPath tools and methodologies
- Full-cycle SDLC exposure essential
- Strong communication skills in technical documentation
- UiPath Certification is a plus
