- Coach Case Managers on effective communication strategies
- Build consistency in complex claims management
- Advise leadership on claim strategies and performance
- Identify pre-claim risk patterns and facilitate solutions
- Prepare educational materials for workplace mental health initiatives
Requirements
- 6–9 years in the disability industry
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology
- Proven negotiation and influence skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communicator with proven client advisory skills
