Job Description

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Photo Designer to join our Marketing team. The AI Photo Designer works on the Marketing Manager’s team and is responsible for generating premium-quality lifestyle and decor imagery using AI tools for use across digital marketing campaigns, social media, web, email, and print materials. The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for home interiors and architecture with advanced photo retouching skills to create polished, realistic, and brand-aligned visuals. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

AI Image Generation & Product Integration 

• Produce high-quality lifestyle and décor imagery using AI creative tools and platforms; 
• Generate images based on pre-determined moodboards to create cohesive visual environments; 
• Create imagery that aligns with brand guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and marketing objectives; 
• Develop multiple visual concepts and creative variations for campaigns and marketing assets; 
• Ensure consistency in styling, lighting, photo composition, and overall brand aesthetic across all generated visuals; 
• Stay current with emerging AI creative tools, workflows, and industry best practices. 

Image Retouching & Technical Execution 

• Retouch and refine AI-generated images to achieve realistic, production-ready results; 
• Adjust product proportions, colours, materials, textures, shadows, reflections, and lighting as needed; 
• Ensure products are represented accurately while maintaining visual appeal and realism; 
• Perform advanced photo compositing, cleanup, masking, and image corrections when required; 
• Prepare final assets optimized for various marketing channels including web, social media, email, digital advertising, and print. 

Collaboration & Workflow Applications  

• Collaborate closely with members of the marketing and product teams to execute campaign vision; 
• Interpret creative briefs and provide visual recommendations or solutions when needed; 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment; 
• Maintain organized workflows, file management, and asset libraries.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Photography, Marketing Design, or a related field; 
• 2–5 years of experience in photo editing, retouching, digital design, or creative production; 
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ; 
• Hands-on experience using AI image generation tools such as KIVE, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, or similar platforms; 
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, colour theory, textures, and visual storytelling; 
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce polished, high-quality visuals; 
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial and brand objectives; 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently; 
• Portfolio demonstrating AI-generated lifestyle imagery and advanced retouching skills. 

BONUS COMPETENCIES 

• Experience creating AI-assisted marketing photos and/or retouching furniture, décor, interiors, or lifestyle imagery is considered a strong asset; 
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and advanced AI workflow optimization; 
• Interest in emerging creative technologies and innovation within visual marketing.
