- Develop opportunities in public sector accounts proactively
- Influence responses to RFIs and RFPs for Rogers’ products
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and executives
- Conduct structured conversations to identify key priorities
- Maintain accurate and current CRM data for pipeline management
- 5-10 years experience in B2B sales, with public sector exposure
- Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong skills in developing account strategies and value propositions
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales intelligence tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
