Senior Sales Executive

Frey Consulting Group

Compensation: $75,000 + competitive commission, car allowance and benefits.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain and grow key accounts (key account) profit, growth goals and objectives as well as other defined KPI’s, for the Year
  • Maintain the CRM database and update all entries according to current agreed processes.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Manage daily functioning of both assigned and new client relationships.
  • Prospecting for new accounts embracing referral selling, cold calling and generating leads.
  • Attain and surpass sales targets.
  • Daily co-ordination with Operations and warehouse team in a timely manner.
  • Attend and participate in bi-weekly sales meetings and maintain pipeline CRM updates for further discussion.
  • Ensure the resources of the company are all utilized effectively to ensure all clients receive the same high standard of service.
  • Contribute to the Team to ensure all areas influenced by this role receive timely, accurate information and support.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with computers, ability to work in most Windows applications, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Technical knowledge of the industry trends as they might create opportunities and challenges.
  • Proficiency in CargoWise integrated software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience selling freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
