Notre client représente des institutions financières et est appelé à offrir des services en redressement et en recouvrement (préavis mobiliers et immobiliers, avis de retrait d’autorisation de percevoir les loyers, ventes sous contrôle de justice, mesures d’exécution). Vous aimez l'action et vous impliquer dans les dossiers ? ce poste est pour vous !
Expérience pertinente de plus de 5 ans en droit bancaire et notions en droit de la faillite
Membre en règle auprès du Barreau du Québec
Bilinguisme
Objectif d'heures facturables à la portée / Stationnement
Télétravail 3 jours / Gym / Programme bien-être 500$
Ce poste exige une très bonne connaissance des deux langues, vu que le candidat aura à fournir des services en anglais aux clients et aux différents intervenants impliqués dans les dossiers.
