Client Success Specialist for Disability Support

Trust Disability Solutions Ltd.

Become the voice of clarity and support as a Client Success Specialist. In this role, help families navigate the Disability Tax Credit process through compassionate guidance. As a Client Success Specialist, you will make the first connection with new clients. Your role includes turning complex questions into simple steps and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey. Building lasting relationships is key, as you share in their successes and work closely with tax and medical teams to provide comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities:

Be the first contact for new clients to create a positive experience
Simplify questions about the Disability Tax Credit process
Build strong relationships with clients until their file is complete
Celebrate client successes and good news updates
Collaborate with tax and medical teams for comprehensive support

Requirements:

Experience in customer service or client-focused roles
Warm and confident phone demeanor with stressed clients
Clear written English; French skills are a bonus
Comfortable using everyday software and communication tools
Ability to protect personal and medical information
