Director of Finance Operations

Oversee review of Partners’ Capital Statements quarterly
Ensure accurate communications with service providers
Prepare and manage internal and external audit requests
Lead financial analysis on fund operations and compliance
Supervise team interactions and coaching initiatives

Requirements:

University degree with CPA/CA certification
Seven years of relevant finance or accounting experience
Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial systems; advanced Excel essential
Effective communication and multitasking abilities
