Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and business goals.Lead, coach, and support leaders, establishing clear expectations and accountability for operational, financial, and service outcomes.Monitor regional performance, and guide locations in developing and implementing improvement plans.Oversee budgets, review financial results, and support effective expense management and resource allocation.Promote consistent standards, share best practices, and assist with resolution of escalated concerns.Ensure locations comply with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, addressing gaps through timely corrective action.Conduct regular site visits.Qualifications
