Director of Customer Marketing at samdesk

Samdesk

Elevate customer engagement as the Director of Customer Marketing at samdesk. Drive advocacy and foster a vibrant community among security and risk teams globally. In this pivotal role, reporting to the CMO, you will create and lead marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer relationships and fostering loyalty. Your expertise will help customers leverage samdesk’s offerings, contributing to increased market share and driving substantial net dollar retention. This position uniquely blends customer insights with cross-departmental collaboration to enhance product adoption. Key Responsibilities:

Drive customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns
Develop community programs including newsletters and webinars
Create a customer lifecycle strategy to enhance advocacy
Partner with teams to promote new product capabilities
Lead advocacy and reference programs for priority sectors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
5+ years in customer marketing or customer success
Experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
