Line Cooks and Prep Cook

Job Responsibility:
The Bar I kitchen is looking for new team members! Ideal candidates require minimum 2 years of kitchen experience. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prepare menu items to specification while respectfully and professionally interacting with the team are a must! We offer competitive wages, safe work environment and daily shift bonus.
Applicants require the following:
- At least 2 years working in a high production kitchen- Passion for food and guest experience- Work well in a team setting- Initiative to grow as a professional
Job Duties:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Day & evening shifts available.
