Director of Marketing Operations Remote

Optimize marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation
Manage Martech budget and vendor relationships
Implement AI and automation to enhance marketing efficiency
Develop source attribution frameworks to connect revenue and campaigns
Lead and coach the Marketing Operations team on best practices

Requirements:

8–12 years in Marketing Operations or related fields
Expertise in Marketo and Salesforce
Experience with AI-powered solutions and vendor management
Strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent communication abilities across teams
