A leading First Nations advocacy organization is looking for a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to oversee administrative operations and implement strategic vision. The CAO will manage budgets and human resources, liaise with the Executive Council, and ensure compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of leadership experience in a complex organizational environment and a strong understanding of First Nation governance.
