This role requires a strong attention to detail and customer service skills for effective communication and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and courteously
Discuss mechanical problems and provide cost estimates
Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders
Advise on vehicle maintenance based on manufacturer's specifications
Maintain daily logs of repair orders and status

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years of automotive experience needed
Valid Ontario Driver's License with a good record
Knowledge of mechanical repairs preferred
Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills required
