Regional Service Operations Manager
Hitachi Energy Ltd.
Lead hybrid substation service operations across Western Canada with Hitachi Energy, emphasizing customer engagement, safety, and operational execution. Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, or Richmond locations are available.As Regional Manager, West, you will manage service delivery and strengthen capabilities supporting an expanding substation service portfolio. The work includes workforce planning, competency development, performance monitoring, and coordination across Canadian and North American teams. You will align customer commitments with execution while supporting quality, productivity, responsiveness, and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Manage regional service operations for safe, efficient executionGrow workforce, infrastructure, and operational capabilitiesMonitor performance metrics and implement improvement actionsDevelop a high-performing team through coachingEnsure compliance with regulations, procedures, and guidelinesRequirements:
