Nanny Wanted - Seeking A Part Time Housekeeper For A Busy Family Of 5

We are a busy family of five who are seeking primarily a part-time housekeeper who can also help with after school homework with our son. My husband and I work full time and we have three children, two teenaged girls and a 12 year old son. Our very caring and dedicated nanny/housekeeper retired in June 2025 after spending 11 years with our family so we are searching for her successor. The responsibilities of the role include the following:

1. Grocery shopping.
2. Meal preparation.
3. Laundry (typically twice per week).
4. Light kitchen clean up (unloading the dishwasher from the night before, loading the breakfast dishes, wiping the counters and kitchen table).
5. Homework and piano practice supervision for our son.
6. On occasion, pick up our son from school (when the weather doesn’t allow him to ride his bike).

We have a cleaning couple who come weekly so the housekeeper is not expected to clean but rather just ensure the breakfast dishes are loaded into the dishwasher and general tidying. The start date is early September 2025 and schedule will follow the school calendar (two weeks vacation at Christmas, and one week at March Break) and all statutory holidays. The estimated time commitment is 20-25 hours per week. The daily timing is flexible to a certain extent (either a split morning-afternoon shift or 4-5 hours per day ending at 5:30PM each day).
