URGENT: Nanny Wanted - Looking For An Afterschool Family Assistant/Caregiver For Busy Family Of 5 With 3 School Aged Kids

Greetings! We are looking to hire a reliable after-school family assistant to help with pickups, activities, meals, and the household transition from school to evening for a busy household with two full time working parents (one shift worker) and three well-behaved school-aged children each involved in several afterschool activities. Guaranteed work hours per week: 20 hours (permanent, part-time) Monday to Friday roughly between 2:30-6:30pm, with occasional nights extending to 8pm (3-4 times per month, scheduled 2-3 months in advance). We are open to discussing hours. - One of the parents works shift work (with schedules posted far in advance). There are opportunities to discuss around flexible daily start and ends to work days. There are opportunities to discuss how many days per week are work as well. Compensation: - We are willing to discuss competitive compensation with the successful candidate Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Afterschool pick-up for kindergarten-aged child
• Meeting of school-aged children at home (occasional pick-ups)
• Preparing and serving after-school snacks
• Working with parents to execute an afterschool activity schedule including:

1. Ensuring children have appropriate clothing and equipment
2. Driving and accompanying children to their after-school activities (eg. piano, swimming, skating lessons) at appropriately scheduled times OR
3. Supervision of children at home (if not accompanying a child to an activity) - light meal prep and house chores
