We are hiring an experienced Line Cook to join the kitchen team at the Heart & Crown. Our pubs are fast-paced, lively environments where food quality matters. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, can handle the heat of a busy kitchen, and works well as part of a team.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and cook dishes to order following recipes and procedures
- Ensure food is cooked properly and plated with care
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Work closely with FOH staff to provide a seamless dining experience
- Contribute to closing and cleaning duties at the end of shifts

What we’re looking for
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen (preferred)
- Ability to stay organized and efficient under pressure
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation for late shifts
