BMO Wealth Management Specialist (Remote)

Support BMO’s clients as a Remote Wealth Management Specialist. Provide expert investment guidance and service while working from home within a flexible EST schedule. This role focuses on understanding customer investment goals and providing tailored advice that embraces both their current needs and long-term financial aspirations. You will leverage your bilingual skills in French and English to communicate effectively with clients. Additionally, maintaining current knowledge of market trends and financial regulations is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and fulfill customer wealth management needs
- Stay informed about investment market trends
- Escalate unresolved issues to management
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a related role preferred
- Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a plus
- Strong analytical and collaboration abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and build strong client relationships
