We are looking for an Outlets Manager to lead our F&B team in Stages Kitchen & Bar!! Stages Kitchen & Bar located in the main lobby and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both restaurant and lounge were newly renovated this year!

Basic Purpose:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Outlets Manager is responsible for the management of a full-service Restaurant, In Room Dining and Lounge.

Major Responsibilities and Duties (to fulfill major purpose):

• Direct, supervise and develop the outlets team members.
• Maintain effective employee relations by conducting regular team meetings focusing on the goals of the hotel.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate all employees to ensure a high standard of service.
• Develop and execute corporate and in-house promotions as related to Food & Beverage.
• Achieve budget forecasts, revenue and profit goals.
• Ensure food and beverage cost controls are in place and followed.
• Maximize productivity through proper budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
• Ensure that all restaurant associates have obtained legislated training.
• Ensure month-end procedures are completed, including inventories, costing and analysis.
• Program and maintain Micros point of sale system.
• Ensure superior cleanliness and quality for the outlets.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, promotions and training.
• Excellent customer and employee relations skills.
• Previous budget and forecasting experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to take initiative.
• Experience in Micros programming is a strong asset.
• ProServe certification.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:

• Demonstrate strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, promotions and training.
• Excellent customer and employee relations skills.
• Previous budget and forecasting experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to take initiative.
• Experience in Micros programming is a strong asset.
• ProServe certification.

Working Conditions:

• Normal office working conditions.
• On the operational floor, work involves standing, walking, bending and lifting.
• Evening, weekend and holiday working hours are required.

Experience, Training and Education (demonstrating requirements):

• Secondary education preferred, specifically in Hospitality or Food and Beverage
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role at a Restaurant
