Exploitez vos compétences en communication en tant que Réceptionniste Bilingue pour une clinique dentaire. Ce rôle permanent nécessite un excellent service client et des outils de bureau maîtrisés. Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Réceptionniste ayant 2 à 3 ans d’expérience avec une connaissance précise du français et de l’anglais. Vous serez responsable de l’accueil des patients, de la prise de rendez-vous, ainsi que de la gestion des paiements et du courrier. Votre sens de l'organisation sera essentiel. Key Responsibilities:
- Accueillir et diriger les patients vers les bons services
- Fixer et confirmer les rendez-vous selon le calendrier
- Envoyer les factures et traiter les paiements
- Gérer le tri et la distribution du courrier
- Utiliser des logiciels tels que MS Word et Excel
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- Compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Fiabilité et sens de l'organisation
- Connaissance des logiciels bureautiques standard
