Client Care Coordinator & Executive Assistant

Brunswick Creek Psychology Services (BCPS) is seeking an organized, dependable Client Care Coordinator & Executive Assistant for our Swift Current psychology practice. This full-time position reports to the Clinical Director and Practice Manager and combines client care, practice administration, and executive support.

Responsibilities include:
Serving as a primary contact for clients by phone, email, and in person;
Monitoring messages and ensuring timely follow-up;
Coordinating referrals, intake, scheduling, forms, and client records;
Managing clinician calendars and administrative requests;
Preparing invoices/receipts, processing payments, submitting insurance claims, and monitoring outstanding accounts;
Maintaining accurate client, billing, and administrative records;
Tracking tasks, deadlines, and outstanding matters through completion;
Supporting management with correspondence, scheduling, projects, recruitment, and office operations; and
Identifying problems and escalating matters requiring clinical or management attention.

Applicants should have excellent communication and client-service skills, strong organization and attention to detail, sound judgment, comfort with technology, and demonstrated follow-through.

Experience in healthcare, client service, or office administration is an asset. Additional assets include bookkeeping, insurance billing, executive assistance, project management, social media, marketing, and website management.

Starting wage: $21$24/hour based on experience, plus access to a Health Care Spending Account. Opportunities for increases are tied to performance and business metrics.
