In this internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Carry out the entire staffing process (recruitment, selection, onboarding, and integration) for production employees in collaboration with the Recruitment Team
- Follow up on evaluation activities and trial periods for production employees
- Assist the HR advisor in managing administrative and disciplinary files
- Participate in various HR development projects related to the company's strategic direction.
