Experienced Housekeeper-Nanny Needed (Afternoon/Evening, M-F) - Edmonton

Location: Edmonton, AB Schedule: Monday to Friday, Afternoon to Evening (Exact hours can be discussed, e.g., 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM) Position Type: Full-time or Part-time (depending on final agreed hours), Live-out Start Date: Flexible / As soon as possible About Our Family We are a multicultural, loving family in Edmonton with a soon newborn baby and a 1-year-old toddler. We also have two friendly dogs in the home. We are looking for an exceptional, organized, and proactive individual who can seamlessly balance managing our household chores with providing attentive, warm care for our young children. Key Responsibilities This is a dual role split between maintaining a clean home environment and assisting with the children during the busy afternoon and evening transition. Housekeeping & Organization: Full daily maintenance of the home. This includes deep and light cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, tidying up toys, family laundry, and keeping the kitchen and living areas spotless. Meal Preparation: Cooking healthy, delicious dinners for the family and preparing snacks/meals for the children. Childcare: Providing safe, engaging, and attentive care for our 1-year-old and newborn baby. Duties include feeding, changing diapers, managing nap schedules, and engaging them in age-appropriate developmental play. Pet/Household Support: Keeping an eye on our two dogs (feeding or letting them out in the yard if needed) and occasionally assisting with light plant watering or organization projects. Qualifications & Requirements Proven Experience: Significant experience working as a housekeeper-nanny, specifically with newborns, infants, and toddlers. Multitasking Pro: Ability to manage time effectively, balancing housework and cooking while prioritizing the safety and well-being of the children. Certifications: Valid CPR and First Aid certifications are required. Background Check: Must be willing to provide a current Police Information Check (Criminal Record Check) and vulnerable sector screening. Language: Strong communication skills in English. (Knowledge of Tagalog/Filipino is an asset, as we highly value the community's warmth and work ethic).
