In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing individual medical files from storage cartons, identifying specific key data fields, and accurately inputting this information into a central database. Performance is measured based on keystroke volume and accuracy, requiring focus, speed, and precision throughout the day.

Responsibilities
Pull medical files from storage boxes and key required data fields into the system accurately.
Maintain a high output speed with a minimum target rate of 10,000 keystrokes per hour.

Carry document cartons weighing between 30 to 50 lbs over short distances (up to 20 feet) approximately every 5 to 7 minutes.
Safely lift and lower storage cartons to and from pallets ranging in heights from 13 inches to 45 inches.
Return completed files to boxes and restore boxes to pallets systematically.

Qualifications
Proven experience in high-speed, high-accuracy data entry.
Ability to consistently meet a target rate of 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
Capability to lift and carry items weighing 30 to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
