Step into a leadership role with Robertson & Company as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in the VMS Temporary Staffing Division located in Downtown Toronto. In this position, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes while mentoring junior Recruitment Consultants. Your responsibilities will encompass sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while managing stakeholder relationships. The role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex recruitment challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Attract and source candidates using innovative methods
• Mentor and train new recruitment team members
• Create and manage candidate assessments and summaries
• Handle escalations and maintain database accuracy
• Negotiate employment offers and oversee onboarding

Requirements:

• Experience in both agency and corporate recruitment
• Ability to manage a large contingent workforce
