Farm Hand / Farm Equipment Operator

We are a multi-generational family farm located approximately 15 mins west of Moose Jaw.  We operate approximately 10,000 acres of cultivated land and a 250-head commercial cattle herd. We run up to date and well-maintained equipment. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing quality work.
This is a full-time position that offers a variety of responsibilities throughout the year. No two days are exactly the same.
What You'll Do:
Operate and maintain farm equipment
Haul grain and agricultural products
Assist with seeding, spraying, haying, and harvest operations
Perform general shop and yard duties
Complete light mechanical repairs and equipment maintenance
Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling
Carry out general labour tasks as required
Work safely in a fast-paced agricultural environment
What We're Looking For - Preferred Qualifications:
Class 1A driver's licence (strongly preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience operating heavy-duty machinery and/or farm equipment
Experience hauling grain or agricultural products
Mechanical aptitude and basic repair skills
Experience working with cattle is an asset but not a requirement

Working Conditions:
This position requires working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions. Candidates must be comfortable:
Operating large machinery and equipment
Working in noisy environments
Performing physical labour
Working extended hours during busy seasons when required
