Sr. Analyst CRM and Event Management

Responsibilities
- Manage bi-annual target lists for field force users including data gathering, system updates, and training
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve day-to-day Veeva and Veeva Events Management issues
- Oversee data management, hygiene, user creation, and territory alignments for the CRM ecosystem
- Act as local business lead for Veeva Events Management with responsibility for configuration and compliance oversight
- Partner with commercial, marketing, and digital teams to support omnichannel campaign design and delivery
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in quantitative discipline (computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering)
- 3+ years direct CRM management experience
- Broad experience with Salesforce or Veeva development for commercial teams
- CRM ecosystem management skills including user administration and territory alignments
- Salesforce CRM or Veeva certification preferred
- Data visualization and storytelling proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across commercial and IT teams
