• Organization is your middle name… (or it should be because you are all for it!)
• You are very comfortable with computers and are generally technology-savvy
• You have a minimum of 3 years of Project Management and/or Change Management experience within the Retail industry (or a similar high-volume, customer-focused environment)

What you'll be doing day to day

• Plan and design the program framework and pro-actively monitor its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
• Define and maintain the programs governance arrangements
• Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other

programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards

• Manage the programs budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses
• Lead a function of line reports of project managers and project resources, who are leading transformation projects.
• Ensure the delivery of outcomes of the projects are to the required quality, on time and within budget in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements
• Evolve the program in line with business needs and opportunities
• Manage effective communication with all stakeholders
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing project team
• Document the program learnings, adopting a continuous improvement approach and transferring the resulting transformation capability to the wider organization.
