Fleet Support Administrator

We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Fleet Support Administrator to join our dynamic team in Saint John, New Brunswick. The Fleet Support Administrator is responsible for the daily management of a variety of administrative tasks that support ATL including the administration of ATL payroll to our Shared Service Payroll Department and Seafarer expenses.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the JDI Shared Services Payroll Department, administer the payroll function for ATL Seafarers
• Submit all changes for ATL Seafarers in our HR Information System (HCM)
• Day to day activities associated with payroll administration, time entry, data validation, and reconciliation
• Manage Seafarer expense process
• Responding to Seafarer inquiries in a timely manner
• Other HR admin tasks as required

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office suite of products (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leaders, staff and seafarers
• Excel in a fast-paced work environment with a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Post-secondary education preferred
