Director of Corporate Services at Grey Bruce Public Health
Canadian College of Health Leaders - Northwestern Ontario Chapter
Lead the Corporate Services division at Grey Bruce Public Health, managing Financial Services, Human Resources, and IT operations. This is a pivotal role requiring strategic leadership and a focus on organizational excellence. As the Director of Corporate Services, you will guide the strategic and operational priorities of crucial services. Your expertise will drive alignment with GBPH’s strategic objectives while advocating for compliance with provincial legislation. You will also mentor managers, enhance team performance, and contribute to significant organizational changes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for Corporate Services operations and initiatives
- Develop and implement strategic priorities aligning with GBPH goals
- Mentor, coach, and guide team members to ensure high performance
- Advise senior leadership on organizational risks and resource needs
- Oversee corporate policy and process development for compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce
- 8-10 years of management experience with leadership roles
- 3+ years of senior management experience in public health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of public health legislation and best practices
