Lead Architect for HW/SW Co-Design at Analog Devices

- Lead architectural explorations to optimize performance
- Develop models and validate design concepts pre-RTL
- Co-define requirements for hardware accelerators
- Create core firmware architectures and drivers
- Promote debugging best practices from silicon to field
- 20+ years of dedicated firmware or software architecture experience
- Mastery in C/C++ for embedded systems
- Familiar with debugging tools and methodologies
- Strong background in computer architecture principles
- Excellent ability to convey complex concepts
