Smitty's Restaurant is looking for a reliable and experienced Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare quality meals, maintain food safety standards, and support efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and proper food storage.
Assist with inventory, restocking, and kitchen organization.
Work effectively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Previous cooking experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
