Store Manager: Elevate Customer Experience in Vision Care

LensCrafters

LensCrafters in Ottawa is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, align with the LensCrafters Brand Story, and deliver a flawless customer experience. You will drive KPIs, coach staff, and partner with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance patient care.

The role requires proven retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage store operations, inventory, and safety with a focus on service excellence.
