We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee the preparation of various external reporting deliverables, including financial statements for pension plans and Enbridge subsidiaries, and to lead continuous process improvement projects for the Financial Reporting team.

What You Will Do:

• Manage a team of financial professionals and provide workload management, mentoring, coaching and training as the need arises.

• Supervise plan reporting activities for Enbridge and subsidiaries pension plans, including related liaison with external auditors.

• Oversee the preparation of the annual and interim financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for Westcoast Energy Inc., which are distributed to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and securities regulators.

• Provides expertise and oversee the preparation of financial statements for various Enbridge subsidiaries and investments.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements, as well as compliance with key controls over the financial reporting process; conducts research as the need arises.

• Engage and maintain relationships with internal business partners, including operational finance teams, Treasury, Tax and Risk, to ensure efficient coordination of technical and administrative resources in relation to disclosure documents.

• Recommend and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance automation and drive efficiency, including system-related enhancements utilizing critical software used by Financial Reporting, such as Workiva and Hyperion suite of solutions.

• Oversee or execute other ad-hoc analysis or reporting as required for various process improvement initiatives, or by other departments or business units.

Who You Are:

You have:

• 7+ years of relevant accounting and/or reporting experience along with a professional accounting designation.

• A solid understanding of U.S GAAP and IFRS.

• Strong project management and social skills, including the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

• Prior experience in pension reporting and project management considered an asset.

• Prior experience in financial systems and applications such as Oracle, SAP, Workiva and Hyperion suite of solutions, considered an asset.
