Telecommunications Problem Manager Bell

Use telecommunications expertise to eliminate problematic trends and improve customer experience with Bell’s Managed Services operations team.
The Operations Service Desk Problem/Incident Manager provides proactive and reactive solutions for customer-related problems. This management position supports enterprise customers across Bell Business Markets, coordinating service teams and partners throughout issue lifecycles. You will analyze risks, review results, and help strengthen service assurance for IP and value-added services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions that improve the customer experience
- Identify service improvement opportunities and analyze risk assessments
- Use proactive approaches to eliminate problematic trends
- Facilitate governance meetings with service partners
- Present results and action plans to account managers
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge of Bell Business Markets products and services
- Experience with managed services, applications, and data centers
- Meticulous approach to consistent quality delivery
- Recognized leadership through effective teamwork
- ITIL Foundations or related certification training preferred
Bring problem management, risk analysis, and telecommunications knowledge to improve service outcomes for Bell enterprise customers.
