VRAI Health and Wellness is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee our team of contracted therapists. Searching for a candidate who is bilingual, has a Master's degree in Social Work, at least 5 years of post-masters experience, and a passion for embracing new challenges. Must be based out of Ontario and be registered with the CRPO or OCSWSSW. This position ideally involves offering virtual and in person sessions. (If you have a space to offer this)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support contracted therapists
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance clinic operations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to therapists
- Provide high-quality virtual social work sessions to clients
- Utilize the Jane app for scheduling, documentation, and client management
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with OCSWSSW or CRPO regulations
- Collaborate with the Vrai Health and Wellness team to ensure seamless client experiences
- Stay updated with best practices and new developments in the field
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of post-masters experience
- Good standing with the Ontario College of Social Work and Social Services Workers / College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
- Experience with the Jane app is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with providing virtual sessions
- Eager to grow in private practice
- Bilingual is a strong asset
