Experienced Pizzaiolo / Pizza Maker

Il Gatto e la Volpe is looking for an experienced Pizzaiolo / Pizza Maker to join our Woodbridge team. We are looking for someone who is reliable, passionate about Italian food, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand

• Prepare and cook Italian-style pizzas consistently and efficiently

• Manage the pizza station during busy dinner service

• Prepare and organize pizza toppings and ingredients

• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and consistency

• Keep the pizza station clean, organized and properly stocked

• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

• Work closely with the kitchen team during service

Qualifications:

• Previous professional pizza-making experience required

• Experience with hand-stretched dough

• Comfortable working with a high-temperature pizza oven

• Able to work efficiently during high-volume service

• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented

• Strong attention to quality and consistency

• Available evenings and weekends
