Assistant Manager, Restaurant Mirchi Tandoor Location 5232 Blower st Halifax, NS Salary 30.00 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week Full time Morning, Day, Evening, Shift Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Evaluate daily operations Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities Address customers' complaints or concerns Supervision 5-10 people Until: 2026-03-25
