Shoreland Transport is currently seeking experienced Transport Truck Drivers for local, Nova Scotia-based routes . This role is ideal for professional drivers looking for steady, home-daily work while operating safely and efficiently within the province.

Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate transport trucks on assigned local routes
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight
- Complete daily inspections and report any equipment issues
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Comply with all provincial regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Represent Shoreland Transport professionally with customers and the public
Job Requirements
- Valid Class 1 license (Nova Scotia)
- Criminal background check
- Verifiable driving experience
- Clean driving record and strong safety history
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Strong communication skills - written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Assets (Not Required)
- Experience with refrigerated or food-grade freight
- Familiarity with Nova Scotia local routes
- Strong customer-service skills
