About You:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for our IT, Engineering, and other technical teams. This role is crucial to our growth, requiring a strategic, hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract top technical talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles from job intake to offering.
- Write and publish job postings that reflect our brand, prioritize inclusivity, and engage the right talent on our hiring platforms.
- Conduct introductory interviews and coordinate technical assessments and team interviews.
- Facilitate reference checks, background screening , and preparation of offer letters .
- Proactively source and attract candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized data in our ATS system.
- Ensure a smooth, timely, and positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Stay informed on evolving tech hiring trends and tools to optimize strategies and attract high-caliber talent.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience , with at least 2 years focused on technical roles (e.g., developers, DevOps, IT specialists).
- Demonstrated success hiring for IT, engineering, or software development positions.
- Experience recruiting for a SaaS company an asset.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple open requisitions with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
