Senior Manager, Real Estate Strategy

Drive customer lifecycle strategies in Real Estate Secured Lending with BMO as a Senior Manager. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and partnership across various teams to enhance customer engagement and portfolio growth. As a key leader in this pivotal position, you will shape acquisition, retention, renewal, and portfolio management activities to foster sustainable growth and exceptional customer experiences. Collaborating with Product, Risk, and Analytics, you will design lifetime strategies that resonate with customer needs and market dynamics. Your expertise will directly impact performance and the customer journey. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop end-to-end acquisition and management strategies
• Optimize customer targeting and engagement across channels
• Guide renewal strategies and strengthen customer retention
• Apply secured lending models to influence decisions
• Monitor portfolio health and report insights to executives Requirements:
• 7+ years in financial services or lending
• Experience in mortgage or real estate lending
• Proficient in SQL, SAS, Python, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills for senior leadership Enhance lending strategies in real estate by leveraging data, analytics, and a strong customer focus.
