Job Responsibility: Head Secretary, Elementary Schools (1 position/1.00FTE) Salary Range: $1,234.60/week - $1,412.87 /week Location: Father Francis McSpiritt Catholic Elementary School Hours listed are current, but may be subject to change* 8:00 am - 4:00 pm The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board (DPCDSB) is a dynamic Catholic school board committed to the delivery of quality educational programs and services from a Catholic faith perspective. Position Summary Under the direction of the Supervisor/Designate, this position is responsible for providing various administrative support functions. This position is responsible for maintaining an organized and professional office environment to ensure efficient day to day operations of the school are met and the procedures and policies of the Board are followed consistently. This position requires the ability to work without direct supervision, and may involve overseeing assigned responsibilities to other secretaries. Maintaining confidentiality is a requirement of this position.
