Auto Parts Clerk

Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Clerk to join our team at Toronto Kia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring that all parts are readily available for our operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and supporting various departments with their parts needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and supplies in an organized manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Process orders for parts and materials, ensuring timely delivery to relevant departments.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on inventory levels and order status.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to parts orders.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts availability and specifications.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and vendors.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred but not required.
