Remote Credit Collections Analyst
The Descartes Systems Group Inc.
Use Excel and analytical skills in a remote Credit Collections Representative opportunity with Descartes, supporting overdue accounts and payment investigations. Occasional Waterloo office attendance may be required.
This finance-focused position offers professional experience within Descartes Systems Group and its global logistics technology business. Responsibilities include monitoring aging reports, identifying accounts needing further action, resolving billing disputes, and completing account reconciliations. Success requires collections experience, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor aging reports for appropriate account follow-up
- Identify nonpayment accounts requiring further action
- Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve billing disputes
- Complete account reconciliations as needed
- Perform ad hoc collection-related reporting tasks
Requirements:
- Collections experience is required
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and customer service skills
- Experience using SAP is an additional asset
