You must be available to work all retail hours (including evenings and weekends). Must have previous Retail/Customer service experience. Must dress to impress. Full Time position ONLY . Opportunities for advancement. Salary plus generous commission base.
Responsibilities:
- Be Fashion forward
- Energetic and provide outstanding client service
- Receive calls, answer customer inquiries, set appointments
- Excellent phone manner and ability to deal with health professionals and patients.
- Data Entry
- Maintain the store to ensure a clean comfortable environment
- Assisting customers with frame and lens selection
- Responsible for promoting merchandise, products, services to customers
- IDentify the needs of our customers and exceed their expectation at all time
- Provide exceptional service and care to exceed patient experience
