Hybrid Monitoring Officer at OCP

Ontario College of Pharmacists

Take on the role of Monitoring Officer with OCP in a hybrid environment. This position focuses on compliance tracking and case management in the health profession sector. You will play a crucial role in monitoring compliance with College decisions, assessing high-risk cases, and collaborating across departments. Your ability to manage complex information and provide recommendations will be key in protecting public interest within the pharmacy professional community. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track compliance file statuses
Proactively manage complex, high-risk compliance cases
Prepare reporting tools and analyze compliance data
Coordinate projects to enhance monitoring initiatives
Collaborate with internal and external compliance partners

Requirements:

Relevant university degree such as criminology or business
Minimum 3-5 years compliance experience
Strong analytical and interpretive skills
Excellent writing and communication capabilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relational databases
