Jayman BUILT is seeking an Ambassador/Demonstrator - a key driver in building the early identity and anticipation of Nostalgia Townlet which isn't just a community — it's a once-in-a-generation landmark. A 560-acre European-inspired townlet rising above the Bow River in southeast Calgary, anchored by a 155-ft clock tower, a 400,000 sq.ft. private social club, and a vision unlike anything else in North America.

This is a highly visible role requiring a polished teammate, able to bring a unique lifestyle brand to life.
A day in the life of Ambassador/Demonstrator for The Nostalgia Townlet:
- Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience.
- Ability and expertise to demonstrate all product segments of Nostalgia to our future customers.
- Work in a team-selling environment alongside experienced Area Sales Managers, supported by a robust marketing plan.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and marketing collateral.
- Greet and engage customers, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Tours with small groups of customers.
- Register visitors in our CRM system and maintain accurate records.
- Answer questions about floorplans, designs, and features.
- Showcase the benefits and craftsmanship of the homes.
- Ensure signage and marketing materials are current and properly displayed.
- Embody and demonstrate the values and vision of Jayman BUILT.
What you will bring to the table
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role

- Excellent communication skills — in person, via email, and over the phone
